Dialpad Meetings

Dialpad Meetings

In this video, we’ll take a quick tour of Dialpad Meetings.

To get started, go to the CyberArk portal and click Dialpad.

Select Start Meeting.

You’ll see three options: Start Meeting, Join another meeting, or Schedule for later.
Let’s schedule a new meeting.

Add your meeting details. We’ll call this one “Discussion about my dog” and set the duration to 4 hours.
Add your participants. If you toggle Call participants when meeting starts, Dialpad will dial them automatically.
You can also add the meeting to your calendar.

Click Schedule meeting.

Your meeting now appears under Upcoming meetings.

Click the meeting to make changes. Use the pencil icon to edit the details, or the gear icon to adjust meeting settings. There are plenty of options, so you can get as granular as you need.

When it’s time to begin, click Join meeting.

On the preview screen, choose your microphone and camera and decide whether they’re on or off when you join.

Now we’re in the meeting.
Click your initials to show or hide your video. You can also turn your own image off locally if you find it distracting.

Open Details to copy the meeting link or invite more participants.

Open Chat to send messages during the call.
Participants shows who’s in the meeting; you can view profiles and mute individuals from here.
If AI Transcript is enabled, you’ll see it in the panel.

Use the main controls to mute/unmute and turn camera on/off.

Select Share screen to present. If your content includes audio, toggle the Share audio switch at the bottom.

Use Reactions for quick emoji feedback.
Under More, you’ll find Hardware settings to change your camera, mic, or speakers, plus Backgrounds if you want a virtual background.

If you didn’t enable automatic recording, click Record to start capturing the meeting.

Host controls let you manage the session—mute all, lock the meeting, and more.
There’s also a Timer for timed activities or quick breaks.

When you’re done, click End. Choose Leave meeting to exit yourself, or End for everyone to close the meeting.

To access recordings, go to the Dialpad Meetings home. Open the Menu, select Meetings, then the History tab. Click the meeting we just held to view the recording and related assets.

And that’s all there is to it.
