How to Add a Channel in Teams
Teams Channels are used to keep conversations organized by topic. For example, IT has separate Channels for Telecom Issues, Training, CRM, etc. If I want to post a new training to be reviewed, I drop it in the Training channel – that way it doesn’t get buried in telecom issues or Phishing discussions.
