How to Create a New Distribution List in Microsoft Outlook

Do you have a group of people that you frequently email?  Maybe it’s your team or maybe it’s a specific group of providers?  There is an easy way to create a “New Contact Group” AKA Distribution List in Microsoft Outlook.  This will save you time as well as the hassle of adding each person individually to an email… not to mention, it will prevent the embarrassment of forgetting to include someone!  (Sorry Bill!)
