How to do a Blind Transfer in Dialpad

How to do a Blind Transfer in Dialpad

In this video we will see how easy it is to forward a call to another user in Dialpad.

A dial pad blind transfer is when you send a call to Ring on the other person's phone without warning.

On an active call, select transfer to pull up your directory search.

Let's transfer this call to Eric.

Type his name into the search and pay attention to the little indicator to see if he's on a call, in a meeting, or set to Do Not Disturb.

Since I know Eric is available, I'm going to select Transfer now and send the caller on their way and that's all there is to it.
