How to Update Your 911 Location in Dialpad
Its very important to make sure your contact location is always up to date in the event of an emergency. If you’ve moved offices, take a moment to check and make sure your Dialpad location reflects this. EMT arriving at the wrong location could mean the different between life and death!
How to Update Your 911 Location in Dialpad
To ensure your location is accurate for emergencies, follow these quick steps:
1. Start by clicking on your initials in the top-right corner.
2. Select Profile.
3. Scroll down to the For Your Safety section.
4. Confirm your address is correct. If it’s not, click Edit to update it.
And that’s it! You’re all set to keep your information up-to-date.
