New Phishing Button

Phish Alert Button in New Outlook

If you get an email that looks suspicious, you already know that you need to put in a ticket with IT.  However, now all you need to do is click a button and the email will be marked as potential phishing and a ticket will automatically be created and sent to IT!

The only constant is change, especially for Microsoft.  In this video we are going to find the Phish Alert Button in New Outlook.

Let’s first look at Outlook for Web in Office 365 from our CyberArk portal.

Click on the offending email and you’ll notice the Phish Alert button appears on the top ribbon.

You can select it from here or you can come over to the ellipses on the top right of the email, and select the dropdown.

Click on that and a panel will open on the right.

Now simply click the button on the bottom and you’ve successfully reported a Phishing email.

Now let’s bounce over to the New Outlook App.  As you can see the interface of New Outlook looks exactly like Outlook online.  You would access the Phishing Button in the exact same way that we just did.

And that’s all there is to it.
